- suggested feature at dining room end of island - concrete wall by Christopher Griffin
- 2" thick solid wood eating bar on island running through wall suggested above
- induction cooktop, with pop-up downdraft vent behind, centered on island
- all drawers in island with seating at back side for four people @ 37" high (26" stools)
- drywall structure for fridge and walloven/microwave surrounds painted out to match surrounding walls (or contrasting color if client prefers) to 10 foot ceiling
- sink centered between two structures above (and window) with fully integrated dishwasher on right and recycle center on left
- awning cabinets above sink area 24" off of counter top and 18" high (one adjustable shelf inside)
- pantry wall to consist of three layers of cabinets with all equal sized doors (approximately 18" x 18"). these doors would be "pinned" together for easy opening
- 10mm glass sandwiched between layers with LED strip lights behind for visually dramatic effect. glass would protrude from end as indicated to become a floating shelf (thin aluminum track at back side of glass shelf)
- "floating" desk area with single drawer for phone docking, etc.
- LED strip lights in toekick areas for dramatic effect an option
